Refund Conditions

We offer limited returns in certain conditions. Since we have perishable products, therefore, we cannot make any exceptions or relaxations in our Return Policy. If you have gotten the wrong products and if you are not satisfied with the products you have received you can make a claim for the return request within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to the Quay Naturals within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase.

All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation (if any) that shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges. We recommend that you should use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns.

Conditions of Return

  • We primarily deliver foods, therefore, we will only accept unopened, unadulterated goods as returns.
  • No monetary refund will be awarded for any returned item, rather if the return of the item is accepted, the correct products will be shipped to the buyer.
  • In case due to some technical reasons or due to stock limitations we are unable to deliver the goods to the customer after the order has been placed, the amount of such undelivered and unprocessed items will be credited back to the customer.

How to Request for refund

Within 7 days of receiving your product:

  • The Refunds can only be claimed for the products purchased from our website (https://quaynaturals.com)
  • Contact our e-mail support at cs@quaynaturals.com to make arrangements for the return.
  • If you received a physical product, ship the unopened product to the address provided by Quay Naturals customer support.
  • If your refund is approved our support team will let you know. 

How soon can you expect the refund to be processed?

A refund will be processed within 1-4 weeks of receipt of the product at our given address. The refund will be made to the original method of payment.
