Quay Naturals maintains strict food safety standards. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any food items. All sales are final once products leave our facility.

If Something Is Wrong With Your Order

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and send a replacement when appropriate.
