Shipping policy

Quay Naturals ships to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing and Tracking

Orders are shipped as soon as they are prepared. A tracking number will be emailed or texted to you within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. Delivery times vary by location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the method selected.
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more.

Shipping Delays

Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, natural events, or other factors outside our control are not eligible for shipping refunds.

Delivery Confirmation

A shipment is considered delivered once the carrier marks it as delivered. Responsibility transfers to the customer at that point.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
