Coconut Lime Chia Fresca

Light, hydrating & full of tropical flavor

You'll Need:

2 cups coconut water
1 tsp Quayโ€™s Organic Freeze-Dried Lime Juice Powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1โ€“2 tsp maple syrup or agave (optional)
Ice and fresh mint for serving

Directions:

  1. Stir the lime powder and sweetener (if using) into the coconut water until dissolved.
  2. Add chia seeds and let sit for 10โ€“15 minutes to gel slightly, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve over ice with a sprig of mint. Stir before drinking.

Tip: Add a splash of sparkling water for fizz, or a few crushed berries for color.
