- 1 ripe banana
 - 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

- In a blender, add the frozen raspberries, ripe banana, milk, vanilla extract and sweetener of your choice.
