Ingredients:
- 2 cups of water
 - 2 tablespoons of Quay’s dried hibiscus flowers
 - 2-3 tablespoons of honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
 - Ice cubes
 - Lemon or lime slices for garnish (optional)
 
Instructions:
- Boil the water and pour it over the dried hibiscus flowers in a heatproof container.
 - Let it steep for about 5-7 minutes, or until it reaches your desired strength.
 - Strain out the hibiscus flowers.
 - Sweeten with honey or sugar while the tea is still warm. Stir until dissolved.
 - Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate it until chilled.
 - Serve over ice cubes and garnish with lemon or lime slices if desired.
