Piri Piri Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Quay’s Piri Piri seasoning 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the piri piri seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers.
  3. Brush the chicken skewers with the piri piri marinade.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the chicken skewers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
  6. Serve with additional piri piri seasoning for extra heat.
  7. Enjoy!
