Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
 - 2 tablespoons Quay’s Piri Piri seasoning
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
 
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the piri piri seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
 - Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers.
 - Brush the chicken skewers with the piri piri marinade.
 - Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
 - Grill the chicken skewers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
 - Serve with additional piri piri seasoning for extra heat.
