Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Quay’s chia seeds
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup granola
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix chia seeds and Greek yogurt. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Layer chia pudding, mixed berries, and granola in serving glasses.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
