Chia Seed Parfait

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: None (Refrigerate for at least 2 hours)

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Quay’s chia seeds
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix chia seeds and Greek yogurt. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  2. Layer chia pudding, mixed berries, and granola in serving glasses.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
