You'll Need:

2 ¼ cups all purpose flour (or Quay's gluten free flour blend)
1 tsp Quay Naturals Baking Soda
½ tsp sea salt
½ cup unsalted butter or coconut oil, softened
¾ cup coconut sugar or organic cane sugar
½ cup brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
2 large eggs (room temp)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups dairy free or regular chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugars in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough onto baking sheet, about 2 tbsp per cookie.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are soft.
  7. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Tip: For extra chewy cookies, chill dough for 30 minutes before baking.
