You'll Need:

1 pouch Quay Naturals Grain Free Banana Bread Mix (9 oz / 255 g)
2 ripe medium bananas (about 1 cup), mashed
1/4 cup oil (avocado, coconut, or neutral)
1/4 cup water

How to Bake:

  1. MASH & MIX Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Lightly grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan or muffin tin. Mash bananas in a medium bowl. Stir in oil and water. Add the entire pouch of mix and combine until just blended.
  2. BAKE Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake 40–45 minutes for a loaf or 20–24 minutes for muffins, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. COOL & ENJOY Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
