1 pouch Quay Naturals Grain Free Banana Bread Mix (9 oz / 255 g)
2 ripe medium bananas (about 1 cup), mashed
1/4 cup oil (avocado, coconut, or neutral)
1/4 cup water
How to Bake:
- MASH & MIX Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Lightly grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan or muffin tin. Mash bananas in a medium bowl. Stir in oil and water. Add the entire pouch of mix and combine until just blended.
- BAKE Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake 40–45 minutes for a loaf or 20–24 minutes for muffins, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- COOL & ENJOY Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
