In baking, substitute almond flour for all-purpose flour with an equal ration of 1:1

You'll Need:

1 1/2 Cups of Quay Natural Almond Flour
1/2 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon baking powder
5 tablespoon butter softened
1 1/4 Granulated sweetener of choice.
3/4 Cocoa powder
3 Eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 Cup sugar free chocolate chi

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT oven to 180C/350F. Line an 8x8 with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. MIX in a small bowl, whish together your dry ingredients in a separate larger bowl, shish together your softened butter, sweetener, eggs, cocoa powder and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. STIR gently add in your dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. If using chocolate chips, fold them through at the end. Transfer brownie batter into a line pan.
  4. BAKE for 35 minutes or until a sweetener comes out just clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing.
