You'll Need:
1 1/2 Cups of Quay Natural Almond Flour
1/2 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon baking powder
5 tablespoon butter softened
1 1/4 Granulated sweetener of choice.
3/4 Cocoa powder
3 Eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 Cup sugar free chocolate chi
Directions:
- PREHEAT oven to 180C/350F. Line an 8x8 with parchment paper and set aside.
- MIX in a small bowl, whish together your dry ingredients in a separate larger bowl, shish together your softened butter, sweetener, eggs, cocoa powder and vanilla extract until combined.
- STIR gently add in your dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. If using chocolate chips, fold them through at the end. Transfer brownie batter into a line pan.
- BAKE for 35 minutes or until a sweetener comes out just clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing.
