Add to your smoothies, oatmeal yoghurt, baked goods for a boost of fiber

You'll Need:

2 Cup milk (almond milk, coconut milk, or any other milk of your choice)
8 Cup of Quay's Chia Seeds
2 Tablespoon sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar) Optional toppings: fresh fruits, nuts, shredded coconut, or granola

Directions:

  1. IN a bowl, mix together chia seeds, milk, and sweetener.
  2. STIR well to combine and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. REST again to prevent clumping, cover, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2-3 hours.
  4. BEFORE serving, give it a good stir and add your favorite toppings.
