Grain Free Fudge Brownies
You'll Need:
      1 pouch Quay Naturals Grain Free Fudge Brownie Mix 
      2 eggs
      1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
      1/4 cup melted coconut oil or other oil
      1/4 cup water
    
Directions:
- PREHEAT oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Line a 9×9 inch or 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- MIX eggs, oil, water, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
- ADD the brownie mix and stir until fully combined.
- POUR batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- BAKE 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- COOL in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
Optional Add-Ins & Toppings:
      Extra chocolatey: stir in more chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate on top.
      Nutty crunch: fold in chopped walnuts or pecans.
      Sweet and salty: sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before baking.
