You'll Need:
1 pouch Quay Naturals Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix (9.4 oz / 255 g)
1 egg
1/4 cup oil (avocado, coconut, or neutral)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Directions:
- PREHEAT oven to 350 Β°F (175 Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- MIX cookie mix, egg, oil, and vanilla (if using) in a bowl until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
- SCOOP dough into balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place on the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- PRESS gently with your palm or the bottom of a glass if you prefer a slightly flatter cookie.
- BAKE for about 10 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers remain soft and chewy.
- COOL on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
