1 Ripe Banana.
1 Cup forzen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries).
1 Cup spinach or hale.
1 Tablespoon Quays's ground flax seeds.
1 Cup milk (almond milk, soy milk, or dairy milk).
1 Tablespoon honey or sweetener of your choice (optional).
Ice cubes (optional).
Directions:
- IN a blender, combine all the ingredients.
- BLEND until smooth and creamy.
