Ingredients:
Cumin, coriander, black pepper, Garlic powder, Turmeric, Salt, Bay leaf, Rosemary, Ground Ginger, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne pepper, salt.

You'll Need:
1 Cup jasmine rice / parboiled rice (washed, drained)
1 Tablespoon tomato paste
1 Tablespoon Quay's Jollof Rice Seasoning
2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 Cup water/stock.
1/2-1 Tablespoon sea salt
Tablespoon finely diced onion (optional)
Instructions:
- IF using onion, sweat in oil on low-medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- ADD the tomato paste to the oil and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
- ADD in the Jollof Seasoning while stirring, to bloom for 1 minute.
- ADD the washed rice and stir for 2-3 minutes, until the rice is evenly coated.
- ADD in water or stock, salt to taste, stir, and cover the pot.
- TURN the burner to low heat and allow the rice to cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
- SERVE as is, or with your desired protein and vegetables.
