Replace 1 tbsp of flour with Oat fiber powder for a Zero carb recipe.

You'll Need:

1/2 Cup of Quay Naturals Oat Fiber.
1/2 Cup Quay Naturals Almond Flour.
1 Tablespoon baking powder.
1/2 Tablespoon salt.
1 Tablespoon coconut oil melted, if needed. .
1 Cup buttermilk.
3 Eggs.

Directions:

  1. MIX all the dry ingredients together.
  2. WHISK in oil, buttermilk, and eggs until wellcombined. Add additional egg or water if batter is too thick.
  3. DROP batter onto heated griddle using a ladle to desired size then flatten each into a circle using the back of a spoon. It's best to use about 2 to 4 tablespoons of batter for each pancake.
  4. SCOOP until each side is browned. Serve warm with butter.
