1 cup Quay’s Organic Chickpea Flour
1 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for pan)
½ tsp sea salt
Optional: ¼ tsp cumin, herbs, or chili flakes
Directions:
- Whisk chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, and any optional spices until smooth. Let batter rest for 15–30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and heat a cast iron skillet or oven-safe pan with a little olive oil.
- Pour in batter and bake for 15–18 minutes until edges are crisp and top is golden.
- Slice and serve warm — great with dips, salads, or toppings like roasted veggies.
Tip: For extra crispiness, broil for the last 1–2 minutes.
