You'll Need:

1 Ripe Banana.
1 Cup forzen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries).
1 Cup spinach or hale.
1 Tablespoon Quays's ground flax seeds.
1 Cup milk (almond milk, soy milk, or dairy milk).
1 Tablespoon honey or sweetener of your choice (optional).
Ice cubes (optional).

Directions:

  1. IN a blender, combine all the ingredients.
  2. BLEND until smooth and creamy.
  3. POUR into a glass and enjoy!
